About the Author

She is on a mission to break down the science behind our health and share the secrets of how to be well, for good. Dr. Macciochi is a lecturer at Sussex University and a certified fitness instructor. Her writing has been featured in The Times (London), Women’s Health, Marie Claire, Glamour magazine, and Metro, among others. She is a mother of five-year-old twins and a keen home cook, creating recipes inspired by her farm-to-table Scottish roots and capturing her husband’s Italian heritage. She lives in Brighton, UK.
